Using Capybara Chat

 

You may use our Products only if you can form a binding contract with Capybara Chat, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Products, or if the age of lawful consent under the laws of your country of residence is older than 13, you must be at least the age of lawful consent to use our Products.

 

Creating an account: If you open a Capybara Chat account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information to allow us to create, verify, and maintain your account.

 

Guest Users: We may also allow you to use our Products to a limited extent without opening an account. You may be able to join a Chat room or a community to speak to other users in real time for a limited function. You still have the responsibility to follow the user guidelines, and failure to do so may result in disadvantages or legal issues.

 

We may collect personal data of minors under 18, who in any case are of age under applicable privacy law.

Your Rights and Responsibility

 

Capybara Chat is a place where people share their worries and life struggles anonymously. As a part of this community, you must follow our Community guidelines when you use our product. You are responsible for any activity that occurs in your account, so it’s important that you keep your account secure. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of any passwords or other codes you use to access your account. If you think that someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

 

How Capybara Chat Can Use Your Content

We do not use any of your stories or chat logs for commercial purposes. We may access, review, screen, and delete your User Content at any time and for any reason, including to provide and develop our Products or if we think your User Content violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or other policies.

 

Respect Our Community Concept and Follow

Capybara Chat is a safe place to share your deep inside life stories. Please respect our community concept and be a part of the community with our 100% anonymous concept.

 

Do not ask for personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, real names, or any personal real-life information.

Do not ask for passwords or account information.

Please maintain respectful behavior and respect others' stories.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Capybara Chat and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal and accounting fees, relating to (a) your access to or use of our Products, (b) your User Content, (c) any dispute between you and any third party, or (d) your breach of any of these Terms.

Capybara Chat specifically disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Capybara Chat takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content that you or any other user or third party posts or transmits using our Products. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, objectionable, inappropriate for children, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose.

 

THE LIMITATIONS, EXCLUSIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS IN THIS SECTION APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Capybara Chat does not disclaim any warranty or other right that we are prohibited from disclaiming under applicable law.
